Delete your account
This page explains how to delete your PulNama ("the App") account, what is deleted and what is kept. PulNama is a product of Amotarget Technology, Osman Yilmaz, Gebze, Kocaeli, Türkiye.
Deleting your account from inside the app
- Open the PulNama app and sign in to your account
- Go to Settings
- Select "About PulNama"
- Open "Privacy Policy"
- At the bottom of that screen, select "Delete Account"
- Confirm by typing your phone number, then tap "Send deletion request"
The app fills the request in for you and sends it to us through the email app on your device. You can also open "Privacy Policy" straight from Settings; "Delete Account" is at the bottom of that same screen.
Deleting your account by email
If you cannot reach the app, write to info@pulnama.com from your registered email address with the subject "Account deletion request". We review and complete your request within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details
- Your shop profile
- Every customer you have recorded
- All credit transactions and payments
- Receipts, notes and attachments
- Your subscription history
What is kept
- Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot be linked back to you
- Records we are required to keep under Turkish tax and commercial law (subscription billing invoices), for 10 years
Timing
Your account and data are removed from our active systems within 30 days of receiving your request. Encrypted backups are purged within 90 days after that.
